Abstract

Objectives: The success rate of IVF depends on many different factors. Chronic endometritis and luteal phase deficiency might be possible causes of implantation failure and pregnancy losses in women with tube insufficiency and/or peritoneal factor of infertility. The objective was to determine the efficacy of the intravaginal Dead Sea peloid therapy to improving the IVF outcomes in infertile women. Study design and methods: The prospective clinical trial included 80 infertile women aged 20-35 years, who planned IVF due to tube insufficiency and/or peritoneal factor of infertility.
