Abstract
Understanding the latest e-cigarette products used, patterns of use and access during COVID-19 is important since e-cigarettes increase risk for COVID-19. We identify device types, brands and flavors used by youth (aged <21 & ≥21) before and since COVID-19 sheltering-in-place went into effect, and since FDA’s announcement to prioritize enforcement of non-tobacco/non-menthol flavored “cartridge-based” e-cigarettes.
