Abstract

Bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) significantly improves survival of cardiac arrest victims. Dispatcher assistance increases bystander to do CPR but the quality of CPR remains unsatisfactory. This study was conducted to assess the effect of video demonstration performing CPR by non-trained middle-age person compared with traditional voice instructions in simulated cardiac arrest.
