Abstract

Introduction: Uterine obstructive anomalies, that should be considered as a cause of severe dysmenorrhea in girls and young women, involve: obstructed uterine horn, unilateral cervical aplasia and Robert’s uterus. In contrast to these anomalies, the accessory cavitated uterine mass (ACUM) is diagnosed in patients with a normal shape of the uterine cavity.
