Abstract
The purpose of this presentation is to review the current techniques utilized in the ultrasound evaluation of the kidneys and renal arteries in patients suspected of renovascular hypertension. Specific discussion of the appropriate uses of Doppler evaluation of the aorta, main renal arteries and segmental renal arteries will be presented. Specific parameters and illustrations will be presented.
