Abstract
Background and Aims: Host immune response against the transgenic protein plays a crucial role in the success of gene therapy of inherited diseases. In addition to use immunosuppressant therapy or immunomodulation, we try to induce neonatal tolerance by repetitive DNA vaccination to attenuate host immune responses.
