Abstract
Endoscopic injection of cyanoacrylate (glue) is effective for the treatment of gastric variceal hemorrhage (GVH). The off-label injection of 2-octyl cyanoacrylate (Dermabond, Ethicon Inc., Cincinnati, OH) is a treatment option at our institution for GVH. We present the largest series of patients with GVH treated with 2-octyl cyanoacrylate (OCA).
