Abstract
Problems such as the foreign body mixing and the cracks are attached to importance for the joint part by bonding (adhesive Joint). The stress concentration is generated in such a problem part. As a result, it causes causing to the destruction accident. However, the research of the problem is not performed still enough. Because a stress peculiar place exists in the end point of adhesive Joint in this research ; the shearing load is given to the adhesive Joint model which has an interfacial crack by which the problem part in the joint part is assumed, and the experiment analysis is done. The caustics method is used for the analysis. Mechanical behavior in the bonding layer from the crack point is verified by calculating the stress intensity factor of the crack neighborhood, and it aims at the strength evaluation and the application of an actual adhesive Joint.
