Abstract

Antidepressant (AD) treatments are known to contribute to neural plasticity such as structural alteration in the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex. However, longitudinal effects of AD treatment on neural plasticity remain inconclusive. This study aimed to investigate whether pretreatment volumetric alterations and longitudinal volumetric changes predict AD treatment response in adolescents with MDD.
