Abstract
頭部外傷後数日を経て発症した下垂体卒中の1例を経験したので報告する.症例は66歳の男性で, 交通外傷後に頭頸部痛があり来院した.頭部CTでは明らかな外傷性変化を認めなかった.受傷後7日目に左眼の視力低下と視野狭窄があり, CTで下垂体卒中と診断された.受傷後9日目に経蝶形骨洞法により腫瘍を摘出, 術後は視力, 視野とも正常に戻った.下垂体卒中は診断と治療の時期を間違えなければ予後はきわめてよいため, この疾患を常に念頭におき, 慎重に対処するべきである.
