Abstract
【目的】頭部外傷既往のある患者に見つかった内頚動脈海綿静脈洞部の動脈瘤に対して瘤内塞栓術を施行し，良好に治療できたので報告する．【症例】19歳，男性．2年前に交通外傷に起因する脳室内血腫，脳挫傷，くも膜下出血の既往がある．MRAで偶然に左内頚動脈海綿静脈洞部の嚢状動脈瘤を認め，2年前の外傷による仮性動脈瘤の可能性があるため，瘤内コイル塞栓術を行い合併症なくほぼ完全閉塞を得た．【結論】頭部外傷後に発見された若年性脳動脈瘤は仮性動脈瘤の可能性があり海綿静脈洞部動脈瘤の場合，瘤内コイル塞栓術は治療選択肢として考慮できる治療法と考えられる．
