Abstract
症例は32歳女性．2008年3月初発の左自然気胸に対し，胸腔鏡下肺部分切除，酸化セルロースシートを用いた胸膜被覆術を施行した．2010年11月左自然気胸再発を来たし，再手術を行ったところ，酸化セルロースシートを貼付した部位は，周囲と癒着することなく胸膜が肥厚しており，酸化セルロースシート非被覆部にブラの新生を認めた．近年，気胸手術の際，肺瘻コントロールや再発予防の試みとして，酸化セルロースシートやポリグリコール酸シートを用いて胸膜を被覆する症例が増えている．とくに酸化セルロースシートは胸壁と癒着させることなく，臓側胸膜を肥厚させるとされており，その有用性がこれまで報告されてきた．今回，胸膜被覆後に非被覆部の新生ブラが原因で再発した自然気胸症例に対し，再手術を施行し，胸膜被覆部に良好な臓側胸膜の肥厚を確認しえた1例を経験したので術中所見とともに報告する．
