Abstract
われわれは皮膚への穿刺経路播種を伴った甲状腺低分化癌の70歳女性例を報告した．卵殻状石灰化を伴った2cmほどの甲状腺腫瘤に対しFNAを行いclass IIであった．3年後に患者は左側頸部の皮膚結節に気付くも老人性の疣とみなしていた．その3カ月後の経過観察CTで甲状腺腫瘤はやや増大し，同日の診察でFNA刺入部に3mmほどの皮膚結節を認めた．甲状腺左葉切除とその皮膚結節切除を同時に行った．どちらの結節も組織学的には甲状腺低分化癌であった．術後3年の現在患者は再発なく健在である．甲状腺低分化癌のFNA穿刺経路皮膚播種例で原発巣と同時に切除した報告としては国内初と思われる．FNA陰性の甲状腺腫瘤の経過観察では頸部のFNA刺入部の視触診も重要である．
