Abstract
自動釘打機による穿通性脳損傷の1例(57歳, 男性)を報告した.後頭正中部に釘頭が認められ, 術前の画像診断で上矢状静脈洞損傷が疑われたため, 穿通部位の骨を小骨片としてひとまず存置して, 外周の骨を除去し, 上矢状静脈洞からの出血をコントロールできるようにして小骨片とともに摘出した.穿通性脳損傷の予後は大血管損傷, 感染, 外傷性動脈瘤などによって決まるため, これらに対する術前, 術後の検討が重要である.
