Abstract
症例は20歳の女性で，左下腹部腫瘤を自覚し，近医受診した．精査加療目的にて当科紹介受診され，精査にて小腸もしくは小腸間膜の囊胞性腫瘍を認め，腹腔鏡補助下小腸部分切除術を施行した．手術所見は，Treitz靱帯より30 cm肛門側の空腸間膜に60 mm大の隆起性病変を認めた．腫瘍は空腸と密に接しており，小腸部分切除術を施行した．病理組織学的検査所見は，囊胞形性を伴った小腸間膜原発平滑筋腫であった．現在，術後2年6か月の状態であるが，再発所見は認めていない．小腸間膜原発の平滑筋腫はまれであるが，さらに囊胞形性を伴った平滑筋腫は極めてまれであり報告する．
