Abstract
Introduction - Iliac access and aortic angulation pose technical challenges when endovascular treatment for complex aortic aneurysms is required. A modified preloaded system has been designed to overcome these problems, and to simplify device deployment. After the earlier experience(1), we report the 1-year experience with this device in three European high volume centers.
