Abstract
長期に及んだ頭痛により発見された, 51歳女性の右錐体骨後面髄膜腫に脊髄空洞と脳室拡大を合併した症例を経験した.腫瘍切除のみを行った結果, 脊髄空洞と脳室拡大は消退した.本例は手術前後にcine MRIを観察し得た.手術前は大孔部の脊髄空洞内に, 急速な心拍動に同期したCSF flow void phenomenonがみられたが, 術後は正常化した.cine MRIとMRI所見から本例の脊髄空洞は非交通性と判断され, 空洞形成の機転は中心管経由ではなく, 脊髄周囲からの圧力波の進入によるものと推測された.
