Abstract
The objectives are to review the diversity of ethnicities and languages that exist in the Latina/o population, review common traumatic experiences, and address the importance of various cultural factors pertinent to the engagement and treatment of trauma-related disorders in these youth. The circumstances of unaccompanied migrant children (UMC) will be discussed.
