Abstract
The bicyclic system of the title compound, C 6 H 10 N 4 O 2 .H 2 O, (I), consists of two planar fine-membered heterocycles (maximum deviations of atoms from the mean planes do not exceed 0.03 A). The dihedral angle formed by the average mean planes of the rings is 121.4 (1)°. Bond lengths and angles in (I) are in good agreement with the relevant parameters of acyclic urea derivatives
