Abstract
今回,成人の特発性腸重積症を経験したので過去5年間の本邦集計と併せて報告した.109例の集計において成人では小児例に認められるような血便,腫瘤触知,急激な腹痛などの臨床症状に乏しく,病悩期間も比較的長く,急性の腸閉塞症状にて処置される症例はさほど多くなかった.しかも成人では小児例などと異なり,腫瘍などの器質的疾患に起因したものが圧倒的に多かった.
