Abstract

There is a great need for mentorship among medical trainees belonging to minority communities. Mentorship has been posited to improve the retention of these trainees. We describe program feedback elicited from participants of an inaugural implementation of a virtual mentorship program for AACAP Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) members.
