Abstract

The wooden coffin tomb stage society seems to have formed a loose relationship by forming towns and villages in various districts, but it is believed that the Okseong-ri group and Seonggok-ri group grew up competing together. In Okseong-ri, a group of wooden tombs centered on large wooden tombs of the 3rd century can be said to be the emergence of central towns and villages in this area. Especially around the 3rd century, such integration occurred in various ways by region, and it is thought that the elites of each region grew up competing with each other for a while. In such a process, the Okseong-ri group played an important role in the Pohang area, and it is clear that this area was the center of the small country at that time, or the town center.
