Abstract
This study aimed to examine resting-state functional connectivity (RSFC) alteration using the amygdala as the seed region in adolescents with depression and anxiety. First, we classified subgroups by different trajectories of depression and anxiety. Next, we investigated the functional connectivity changes in the amygdala before and after SSRI treatment in the subgroups.
