Abstract

Despite the evidence of altered white matter tract property in individuals with ASD, little is known about whether the white matter tract integrity can serve as an intermediate phenotype of ASD. This study aimed to investigate neural tract integrity in male ASD probands, the unaffected siblings of ASD probands, and typically developing control (TDC) subjects and to examine the clinical correlates of the impaired segments.
