Abstract
According to the National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Eating Disorders, 24 million people in the United States suffer from eating disorders (EDs). A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition reported an increase in the prevalence of EDs over the past few years. In this study, we evaluated the prevalence of EDs and its association with suicidality among the adolescent age group.
