Abstract
Abstract Fluorinated acetophenones are converted into vinylphosphonates 3 which by nucleophilic addition of diethyl phosphite and subsequent fluoride ion elimination lead to the title compounds 1 and 2. 1 and 2 were identified by 31P{'H}, 19F and 1H NMR spectroscopic methods. Variable temperature 31P{1H} and 19F NMR revealed dynamic conformational processes.
