Abstract
症例は11歳,女児.間欠的頭痛にて発症し,MRIで松果体部の嚢胞性病変,閉塞性水頭症を指摘された.神経内視鏡による嚢胞開放術を施行し,間欠的頭痛は消失した.また,術後MRIでは嚢胞は縮小し,閉塞性水頭症も改善していた.症候性の松果体嚢胞に対する外科的治療としては,従来の開頭手術,定位的吸引術に代替する新たな治療手段として,近年では神経内視鏡手術の有用性が提唱されている.今回われわれは,神経内視鏡による嚢胞開放術を行い良好な結果を得たので,文献的考察を加え報告する.
