Abstract

Prostate cancer is the most common type of solid-organ cancer in men. Early detection and treatment with radical prostatectomy has improved cancer-specific survival but is associated with penile shortening and erectile dysfunction. Penile traction therapy (PTT) has been shown to increase penile length prior to penile prosthesis placement, and there is preliminary data suggesting that it improves erectile function in patients with Peyronie’s Disease.
