Abstract

Surgery for chronic scrotal content pain (CSCP) includes epididymectomy, vasectomy reversal (VR), or microscopic denervation of the spermatic cord (MDSC). Short term follow-up studies demonstrate adequate pain relief and improved quality of life. However, data regarding postoperative outcomes is limited to single-institution series with limited follow-up. We are conducting a multicenter study examining outcomes in patients treated with surgery for CSCP.
