Abstract

For the problem of uneven hardness in the specified area of the buffer seat, we analyze the reasons for this problem. With the goal of promoting hardness uniformity in the specified area of the product, the friction coefficient and punch pressing speed were selected as the influencing factors, simulation experiments were designed, and the results were obtained through multiple simulations. The simulation results show that the processing conditions are that the friction coefficient is not greater than 0.2 and the pressing speed of the punch is 0.2 mm/sec, which are the process solutions to make the hardness of the product uniform. Moreover, compared to the effects of several other variables, the pressing speed has the greatest influence on the hardness deviation of the final product.
