Abstract

Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is a malignant lymphoproliferative disease characterized by the accumulation of immature monoclonal lymphocytes in blood cells, bone marrow, spleen and lymph nodes. Patients with leukemia manifest different types of skin lesions that occur in about 25% of cases. These lesions can be divided into a) specific lesions, b) cutaneous manifestations closely related to the disease but without a leukemoid infiltrate and c) associations with various dermatologic conditions.
