Abstract
Rationale: A single dose of NMDA receptor antagonists, like S(+)-ketamine (KET), promotes dysfunctions that resemble some aspects of psychosis. However, its long-term effects on cognition remain poorly understood. Here, we aimed to investigate the long-term effects on locomotion and working memory induced by acute or chronic treatment with KET.
