Abstract
Introduction: Post-mastectomy radiotherapy (PMRT) improves breast cancer outcomes but can increase complication rates following implant-based breast reconstruction (IBBR). We explored the impact of PMRT on patient-reported outcomes (PROs) of IBBR, which is less well understood, especially in the context of newer mesh-assisted techniques.
