Abstract

Ukrainian Abstract:Стаття містить результати дисертаційної роботи на тему «Розвиток теорії управління вищими навчальними закладами в Україні (остання чверть ХХ – початок ХХІ століття)». Застосування своєрідного алгоритму та методів дослідження дозволило авторці здійснити реконструкцію предмета дослідження останньої чверті ХХ – початку ХХІ ст. в Україні, визначити об’єктивні кількісні та якісні характеристики розвитку теорії управління ЗВО в той чи той період часу та з’ясувати тенденції розвитку теорії управління закладами вищої освіти у вітчизняній науці. Ключові слова: тенденція, особливості, розвиток теорії управління, заклади вищої освіти, тенденції розвитку. English Abstract: The article contains the results of the dissertation «Higher education institutions’ management theory development in Ukraine (the last quarter of the XX –the beginning of the XXI century)». The search, systematization and comprehensive analysis of a large scope of documents, which highlights the issues of the formation and development of the higher education institutions’ management theory, have been actualized with the help of solid, monographic, selective methods and method of the main scope. Reconstruction of the research subject historical development of the last quarter of the XX – the beginning of the XXI century in Ukraine, has been carried out on the basis of analysis of publications, indexes, monographs, abstracts, dissertations, in which philosophers, teachers, managers during this period represented the results of their researches, in particular, various aspects of educational institutions management. The author has clarified the essence and content of the concept «tendency», «feature», the peculiarities of the last quarter of the 20th – the beginning of the 20th century scientists’ representations about the essence of the higher education institutions’ management theory has been systematized and the place of these scientific developments in the historical development of the higher education institutions’ management theory has been determined, and the internal and external factors that determine the higher education institutions’ management theory in Ukraine in the investigated period have been specified. Application of a peculiar algorithm and research methods has allowed to determine the objective quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the higher education institutions’ management theory development in Ukraine at one or the same time and to find out trends in the higher education institutions’ management theory development in the native science.
