The relevance of this topic is caused by changes in the economy, now it is not enough to produce a good product to occupy its niche in the market. Today, Tesla is one of the best examples in terms of implemented innovations. The article examines the organizational system, organizational culture, competitive advantages, strategy and mission of the company. The research methodology is presented by general scientific, dialectical and formal-logical methods, as well as methods of comparative and system analysis.
