برنامج مقترح للتنمية المهنية لمعلمي العلوم والرياضيات في ضوء مدخل التكامل بين العلوم التقنية والهندسة والرياضيات STEM

Abstract

هدف هذا البحث الى القاء الضوء على النمو المهني لمعلمي العلوم والرياضيات في ضوء مدخل التکامل بين العلوم والتقنية والهندسة والرياضيات ( STEM ) وذلک من خلال التعرف على متطلبات بناء برنامج دبلوم لمعلمي العلوم والرياضيات في ضوء مدخل STEM ومن ثم بناء تصور مقترح لبرنامج (دبلوم مهني) قائم على هذه المتطلبات , استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف وتحليل الأدبيات ذات الصلة بمشکلة البحث وإعداد التصور المقترح للبرنامج التدريبي, وخلص البحث إلى التوصل إلى قائمة بمتطلبات التنمية لمهنية لمعلمي العلوم والرياضيات في ضوء مدخل STEM قسمة إلى أربع محاور رئيسية وهي الثقافة المعرفية, والتقنية, والهندسية , والرياضية, وتم في ضوء هذه المتطلبات بناء تصور مقترح لبرنامج الدبلوم لمعلمي العلوم والرياضيات, يتميز عن کثير من التجارب الموجودة من خلال المعارف والمهارات النوعية التي سوف تقدم والتي تشترک فيها اکثر من جهة في الجامعة ومن الکليات متعددة بخلاف کليات التربية. The purpose of this research is to shed light on the professional growth of science and mathematics teachers in the light of the integration of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) by recognizing the requirements for building a diploma program for science and mathematics teachers in the light of the STEM entrance, Based on these requirements, the researcher used the analytical descriptive approach to describe and analyze the literature related to the research problem and to prepare the proposed scenario for the training program. The research concluded that a list of the professional development requirements for science and mathematics teachers in the light of the STEM approach was divided into four main axes Knowledge, technology, engineering and sports. In light of these requirements, a proposed vision for the diploma program for science and mathematics teachers was developed. It is distinguished from many of the existing experiences through the knowledge and skills that will be offered and which are shared by more than one side in the university, Other than colleges of education.
