Abstract
【目的】Isolated sinusを伴うtransverse / sigmoid sinus dural arteriovenous fistula(TS/SS dAVF)に対するmastoid emissary vein (MEV)経由の塞栓術を報告する．【症例】静脈性梗塞で発症した46歳男性の左TS/SS dAVFに対して，通常の経静脈的アプローチが困難であったため，後頭部の皮下静脈を直接穿刺しMEVを経由して罹患静脈洞に至り，経静脈的コイル塞栓術を行い，完治が得られた．【結論】通常のアプローチが困難な場合にMEVが拡張発達して流出静脈となっていれば，この方法は簡便で良い治療オプションとなり得る．
