Abstract
Summary We propose the iconography of a 87-year-old-woman, with retroperitoneal sarcoma at ounce voluminous and inoperable, for which simple watch was decided by the oncologists. The inaugurate symptoms were a visible, palpable and painless tumefaction, then painful symptoms progressively appeared with increase of tumoral volume by locoregional compression and cutaneous fistula with abundant and nauseating exsudations. The palliative care was made of symptomatic treatment for comfort and quality of life with analgesics and use of new generation absorbent dressing, associated with multidisciplinary management.
