Abstract

The purpose of the study. The aim of the study is to develop methodological and practical recommendations focused on the development of motivational mechanisms in the labour market on the basis of the KPI system. Such target setting has resulted in the following range of tasks: • analyse foreign experience of motivation of labor activity; • to develop technology for the creation of a system of performance indicators; • to propose a set of measures contributing to the creation of perfect, from the point of view of personnel motivation system of remuneration. Research methods. The work methods are applied: generalization, analysis, scientific abstraction, comparison, observations, experiential descriptions. To improve the perception of information used graphical method of its visualization. The results of the study. In the framework of carried out research was obtained the following results: • systematized international experience of work incentives; • developed 7-step procedure for creating a system of performance indicators; • identified areas of improvement of mechanisms of motivation. Conclusion. In modern conditions the questions connected with increasing the quality of internal corporate governance, particularly relevant for companies which their main goal is to see the competitiveness. One of the most promising technologies for the management of economic entities, based on the establishment of a system of performance indicators requires further development and improvement. Scientific novelty. Among the most significant, possessing the scientific novelty of the results should be highlighted: • author's 7-step procedure for implementing the system of performance indicators; • a set of measures aimed at improvement of mechanisms of motivation of Russian businesses.
