Abstract
Sarcoma 180担癌マウスにPhdおよびOH-phd (Phds) を10mg/kg静脈内投与し腫瘍, 臓器内分布を検討した。1. Phdsの血中濃度は投与1時間後に高濃度を示すが以後速やかに減少し24時間後では検出限界以下となった。2. 肝臓, 脾臓, 肺, 腎臓, 消化管および腫瘍に高濃度のPhdsがみられたが時間の経過とともに減少した。3. OH-phdはPhdに比べて臓器からの排泄が速く, 投与48時間後には検出されなかったが, 腫瘍中には96時間後にも残留した。
