Abstract
An H∞ state feedback problem, so-called 1-block problem, is discussed for a system with delays in state and control. We characterize the necessary and sufficient condition of the solvability of the problem based on a finite dimensional Riccati equation. Then, employing the stabilizing solution to the Riccati equation, we provide an admissible control law for the time delay systems.
