青年教师是高校持续发展的后备力量。加强对青年教师的岗前培训，对教师个人与学校的发展都有着极其重要的作用。本文是从职业生涯规划的视角探讨高校青年教师岗前培训的意义与措施。 The young teachers are the backup power for sustainable development of university. Strengthen the pre-job training of young teachers is playing a vitally important role on the development of both teachers’ individual and school. This article is written for exploring the significance and measures of high school young teachers’ pre-job training, which based on the perspective of career planning.
