Abstract

正念训练是源于东方,形成于西方的一种自我调节方法。蒙台梭利教育的很多实践和价值观与正念相似。蒙氏教育中专注力训练,感觉训练,生活实践练习和教师培训中,体现了正念训练的全面身心健康观和自我指导原则。正念训练将成为当代教育、心理学界发展的趋势。 Mindfulness practices are self-regulation measure from the Orient. Montessori Method shares the similarities with mindfulness practice in value and practices. Montessori Education focuses on concentrated attention, sensory experience, engaging in practical work and teacher training, which reflect the holistic well-being and self-guiding principles in mindfulness practice. Mindfulness practice will become the trend in the field of contemporary education and psychology.
