Abstract
近年,頭蓋底手術や脳幹部手術などが普及し,脳神経の走行を同定する重要性が増してきた.脳槽内の脳神経は,3D-CISSやFIESTA法により,比較的容易に詳細な観察が可能であるが,小血管との区別には工夫を要する.脳実質や病巣の評価と同時に,詳細な直接的な脳神経の観察が必要な場合には,3テスラMRI装置によるT2R画像法が有用である.海綿静脈洞内の脳神経を直接的に観察するためには,PROPELLER法を用いた3DAC画像が優れている.腫瘍内,脳実質内の脳神経は,同様の3DAC画像を用いることで描出可能である.
