Abstract
シロウオ Leucopsarion petersii の資源量の推定精度を高めるために，雄の同時的複婚の可能性を野外調査と水槽実験から検討した。野外で産卵巣となる岩の下から確認された雄の数は，1 例を除いて全て卵塊の数と同じかそれよりも多かった。また，水槽内に単独の営巣雄と複数の雌を収容しても雄は同時に 1 個体の雌としか繁殖しなかった。これらの結果から，本種雄の同時的複婚の可能性は低いと考えられた。
