Abstract

The article is focused on the need of engineering companies to continually invest into the development and management of IT architecture to increase their competitiveness. One of the key roles in the management of IT architecture is played by the formed and existing business model of design and technological preproduction (DTP) at a machine-building enterprise. Availability
of operating information systems participating in DTP at the machine-building enterprise requires reasoned decisions when changing the IT architecture. It is important to introduce the changes into business processes taking into account the quantitative parameters when harmonizing the IT architecture and maintaining all the interests of a machine-building enterprise in the management
of DTP. According to game theory, different interests of various participants in business processes require finding and choosing the solutions that would suit everyone and, which is most important in the face of uncertainty and incompleteness of information, predicting the behavior of other participants in business processes due to the resolved decision. The study is aimed at developing and studying of a business model for harmonizing the IT architecture of a machine-building enterprise in the field of DTP management. Based on game theory, where the concept of utility correlates with the team’s gain in organizational and economic problems and can be represented as an economic effect, a comprehensive analysis of the factors of DTP business model affecting the management of the IT architecture of a machine-building enterprise is performed. A multivariate economic and mathematical model is proposed, which allows determining quantitative parameters for conducting a qualitative change in IT architecture. There have been proposed measures for managing the IT architecture of a machine-building enterprise in order to achieve harmonization in modeling DTP business model in conditions of uncertainty, conflicting interests and incompleteness
 of information
