Abstract
This paper presents to study the construction of a centralized environment based on IEC 61850 data and to propose the back-up protection algorithm of the central IED to be used for transmission line protection, which is one of the essential elements of the power system. it also shows how to use rgoose communication for data acquisition based on IEC 61850 90-5 TR(Technical Report) .
