Bulgarian Abstract: В настоящей статье анализируется современный этап в развитии высшего образования в Болгарии и действующие нормативные документы в этой сфере. Намечены этапы в развитии, проблематике и тенденциях, связанных с европейскими требованиями к образованию, и транспонированием норм в национальное законодательство. English Abstract: The present report analyses the contemporary stage in the development of the higher education in Bulgaria and the current legislative regulation of this sphere. It researches the stages in its development, problems and tendencies, related to the European requirements for education and transposition of the norms in the national legislation.
