Abstract

In present paper the optical identification of radio sources with a group of stars in the vicinity of the bright stars HD199917 and HD199929 is carried out. To identify the celestial radio objects with optical ones the method developed by the authors was used. This techniques ten times increase the number of radio sources which were identified with optical objects. In the field under investigation 7 stars were identified. Due to the high gas abundance in the interstellar medium in the direction of the field under consideration, the radio refraction in interstellar medium was detected. It consist in right ascension rr(RA) = 29.0 s, and declination rr (DEC) = 4′ 47.3′'. Only after proper identification of radio sources with optical objects it becomes possible to carry out the correct research of the astrophysical processes taking place in the celestial objects.
