Abstract
血液透析 (HD) 患者でPHA刺激による末梢血単核細胞のインターフェロン (IFN) -γ mRNA発現減弱の報告がある. 亜鉛は免疫機能に関与しており, 亜鉛欠乏HD患者への亜鉛投与はIFN-γ産生能を増強する可能性がある. 本研究では血清亜鉛低値のHD患者14例に亜鉛 (34mg/日) を経口投与し, IFN-γの産生細胞数および産生量を, それぞれT-スポット®. TBキットの陽性コントロール画像から得たスポット数および平均グレー値を用いて推測した. スポット数は4週後変化はなかったが12週後減少した. 平均グレー値は4週後では減少したが8週後, 12週後と増加した. 亜鉛非投与患者20例では4週間の経過で, スポット数減少, 平均グレー値増加を示した. 以上より, HD患者に対する4週間の亜鉛投与はIFN-γ産生能を増加させ自然免疫を増強する可能性があるが, 4週間を超えた亜鉛投与は逆にIFN-γ産生能を減弱させるおそれがある.
